About AIBC
All India Builders' Convention
BAI’s All India Builders’ Convention (AIBC) is a bi-annual three-day convergence of Builders’ Association of India (BAI) members from across India. Professionals, Intellectuals from the Civil Engineering and Real Estate Construction Industry, Officials of various Works Authorities, constituents of the various industries with linkages to the construction industry, etc. also participate in AIBC from across the nation and from international too.
Knowledge Sessions, Exhibition, Panel Discussion, Live Demonstration, etc. are packaged during daytime and evenings are time for unwinding and networking. Accompanying Delegates get to participate in competitions and sightseeing and shopping tours.
Representatives of service providers to the Civil Engineering and Real Estate Construction Industry i.e. Construction Equipment Manufacturers, Construction Material Manufacturers, providers of specialised service, etc. also participate in AIBC to network with the direct users of their services.
Discussion and deliberations in AIBC further help in evolving specific recommendations for alleviating the problems faced by the contractors and builders by recommending the ‘Resolutions’ passed in the AIBC for further action by Government Departments, Management Agencies at State & Central levels, Institutions and organisations engaged in training, formulation of standards, codes, research and development.
AIBC Objectives
- To update knowledge in latest Construction Technology, Management, Taxation and Legal implications.
- To discuss issues related to Construction Sector and solutions thereof
- To arrange Exhibitions, Workshops to update the builders to latest Construction Equipments, Materials and Methods.
- To foster friendship and bonhomie among the members coming from various parts of the country and abroad.
32nd All India Builders’ Convention
The 32nd AIBC has been designed in a way that each every moment of the three days gives each delegate and participating delegate something to take home – knowledge, ideas, tangible things and of course beautiful memories.
- Women Empowerment in Construction Industry will have Presentations, Panel Discussion by Women Construction Entrepreneurs and Technocrats, etc.
- Startups Competition among Startups in construction industry coming with unique products / procedure / methods.
- B2B meetings will be arranged in separate break away rooms. There will be types of B2B
- Between ‘BAI Members with BAI Members’ – for exploring JV options, sharing of machinery / manpower, offering of services – PMC’s, Architects, Consultants, etc.
- Between ‘contractor / builder’ with construction equipment manufacturers/service providers.
- A detailed registration system will be put in place much before the event.
- Knowledge Sessions would be presentations by top notch speakers on important topics – technical and non-technical followed by Q & A.
- Panel Discussion would be on varied topics of construction sector – Taxation, Legal, Machinery, Methods, Materials, etc. The outcome of the Knowledge Sessions and Panel Discussion would form part of the ‘Resolutions’ of the 32nd AIBC.
- New Technology Presentation with a difference. At the end of the session, delegates will be asked questions on the ‘Presentation’ made by the AIBC sponsors/partners and winners will be given attractive prizes.
- Sarvottam Awards will be BAI’s way of thanking and appreciating the contribution to the Indian construction industry the services by – Construction Equipment Manufacturers, Material Manufacturers, Specialised Service Providers, etc.
- Navratna of the Indian Construction Industry Awards Recognising Individuals from the Construction Sector or Construction Fompanies from across India.
- BuildIndia 2026 Construction Sector Exhibition display of latest Machinery, Materials and Methods will be there for the delegates.
- Technical Papers-cum-Construction Industry Referencer will be a Souvenir with classified advertisements to be preserved for reference. Highly informative Technical Papers will be published.
- Vision BAI 2041 The traditional ‘Open House’ held during AIBC will deliberate on BAI celebrating its Centenary in 2041. Vision BAI 2041 will set the tone for the Centenary celebrations.
- Students and Faculty of Engineering institutions will be invited and registered for the Knowledge Sessions and encouraged to participate in the deliberations.
32nd AIBC is expected to draw nearly 2000 participants from all over India and Abroad
